Compensation and Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: might vary according to candidate seniority.

  • Bonus: One month yearly bonus guaranteed + one month performance bonus (subject to employee and company financial performances).

Job description

1. Brand analysis: Understand the client's business objectives, target audiences, and market landscape to develop a deep understanding of their brand and identify business opportunities.

2. Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand.

3. Target audience analysis: Identify and define the client's ideal target audience, needs, aspirations and segmenting the market for precise value proposition.

4. Brand positioning: Develop a clear and unique personality and brand positioning that sets the brand apart from competitors and resonates with the target audience.

5. Brand messaging: Craft compelling brand messaging, and key brand statements that communicate the brand's values and (tangible or intangible) benefits. This phase might also include visual mood-boards to guide interior design and guest experience.

6. Guest experience: Creation (and guide-lining) of brand touch-points / brand signatures bringing the brand promise to life operationally.

7. Brand identity and guidelines: 

Work with partner agenc(ies) to create or refine visual brand elements, including logos, colour schemes, and typography, that align with the brand's personality and positioning. Develop comprehensive brand guidelines that outline how the brand should be presented across all touch-points, ensuring brand roll-out consistency.

Requirements:

  • Due to visa restrictions, candidate must be Singaporean or hold a valid Permanent Resident status.

  • Client collaboration: Collaborate with clients to ensure alignment with their goals, provide recommendations, and gather feedback.

  • Innovation and trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing.

  • Communication skills: Present branding strategies and recommendations to clients and partners, explaining the rationale and expected outcomes.

  • Problem solving: Address challenges related to brand perception, positioning, or market changes by providing creative and strategic solutions.

  • Evaluation: Measure the success of branding efforts and assess the impact of branding on business objectives.
